Estate Agent Agreeing With Me Today!

Recommended Posts

Hi there. In a North Devon town today an estate agent put his cards on the table with me. He said "this is a terrible time to buy. We are really busy at the moment with well priced property selling straight away. It will all dry up in a couple of months and we are in for years of price drops"

I was amazed and congratulated him on his good sense. Ive been dropping into offices to try and get a property for cash- given that Ill be paying 25k rent in 3 years and have lots of good contacts and oppertunities to renovate for next to nothing.

He told me to come back in august with my cash at the earliest.

Just had to share that. I enjoyed it.
