Anecdotals, like press reports and reality dont measure up when the back stabbers are looking for an uncovered ass. Don't forget also that computer models are infallible. She deliberately stopped planning permission for Advanced Transport for Avon (ATA) in the 1990's which would have sorted Bristol's traffic problem. Why?
