With the Nationwide and HBOS reports due in the next week, how is the Daily Express and Times going to spin the news so the article has a positive headline?

A couple of examples ...

'House prices still 15% higher that 2003'

'Buy now otherwise you'll never be able to afford it' says Stuart Law and Rosie Millard
