Any ideas about Slough area ?? Predictions ?? Have to buy there but don't want to go in too early .

I've found this flat - down over 50% from peak ( normal for flats in Slough ) .145 K down in 3 years...

Flat 84 bought for L 279,950 on 31/07/2006 :blink::blink:


and now look at that :


Same flat 134,950 :rolleyes::rolleyes:

145 K down !!!!

I'll propably make an offer - 115 K ?? 120 ?? Ideas ?? :) Too early ?? Help :(

Does it look like the Mosaic development? If so this may help you.


If you download the details it gives you some floor plans. Not sure how up-to-date this website is but they say that some are still for sale. May be a good idea to talk to the agent and see what is still for sale and at what price.

Don't know if Slough has gone the say way as Woking. Flats in abundence and now coming up for auction as repos.

Also flats being sold to local housing authorities and being sold as part ownership (which will skew the sold prices).
