Anyone know whats the score with those overpriced houses in clyne castle? The developer has gone into liquidation and now JF are asking 450-475k for them if you pop in to the site BUT they are still being advertised on their website at the old prices

If you ask me they are still overpriced but i am intrigued why JF have not advertised the new prices ???

They were offering massive discounts last summer - had a look myself, but even 475k still looks expensive to me for what they are. I`d be pig sick of I had paid the asking prices .

Hardly surprising they have gone bust... the first of many developers in Swansea I fear ... and once the old liar loans are out of the system and rates are on the rise .. we`ll see some realistic prices appearing.
