E14 Docklands Crashing Nicely?

Recommended Posts

Interesting, the recorded cheapest in probably 700 odd sales means it's back to the opening price. And about to fall beneath it I would have thought.

Cripes the opening price seems "cheap" now compared to the subsequent madness. Bought new, five years ago and no gain (well not much). £70k loss if bought 2008'ish. Ouch.

If he bought new in 2004 and gets that price the seller will wash his face. If he bought subsequently.........oh dear. Incidently when you look at the link take a look at flat 1124 - bought and sold on the same day for £212k and £290k. Inside Track?????

Edit to add just noticed the same for flat 1702. Greedy bu**ers who invested in 1124 are £100k down!

1702 as well ! £230,000 on the 20th March 2006, £310,000 on the 21st ???

Unless there is a mistake in the data I would say that is suspicious and requires further investigation.

You couldn't pay me to live anywhere with an 'E' postcode.

South Woodford and Snaresbrook (E18) are quite nice - full of City bankers though but on the central line!

Interestingly the developer was Ballymore, the same folks behind Pan Peninsular. Amusing link from the middle of the madness here, about the time of the shenanigans involving 1124 and 1702 was happening......

Don't suppose anyone knows anything about what's happening with the large number of people who can't complete on Pan Peninsula? It's a pretty interesting situation. I'd love to know if Ballymore are going to end up taking people to court...

Ballymore are rattling their legal sabres and attempting to play divide and rule amongst the buyers, silence the buyers association and do secret deals on a flat by flat basis, from what I have read. I wonder if the buyers association are aware of 1124 and 1702?

Incidentally despite all that has happened, and by September could have been foreseen...................

Surely they can't still think they can flog these things?
