Congratulations. You're priced out of the housing market.

And you are STILL a knob.......

- The bounce did happen. Price up 5%

- They started to drop again in August and have now lost the 5% they increased. They will lose an additional 8% over the winter

- FTSE back below 4000 - about 3900. Again, will drop lower over winter.

Did the Spring Bounce ever happen?

What are the average monthly house price falls?

What level is the FTSE 100 at?

October 2009:

Housing market dead on it's feet

Thousands more estate agents and mortgage brokers on the dole

Selling prices down another 15 to 20% (for those few lucky enough to sell)

FTSE up to around 4,800 or higher ;)

I reckon that it's dependent on what happens to unemployment and interest rates.

If unemployment continues to rise steeply and the BoE is forced to move away from very low interest rates, things won't be good in the property sector.

What is it with you? The most gracious people add a choice not take one away. Or if that is too deep for a troll living under a god forsaken bridge on the Medway.

I reckon it'll still be raining and we'll still be waiting for the heatwave.

And and house prices will be lower.

There's a healthy number coming back for sale after being sstc which must strike joy into the hearts of the sellers. not.

In October the mainstream media will officially recognise the house price crash as the most boring ecconomic downturn ever and there will be programs aimed directly at over coming the boredom.

i think that something 'major' will happen that no one could have predicted that will stand as the trigger for a major significant drop of 0.5%

Sibley would have another character

parliement will no longer be telivised on account of it being dangerously boring.

boring boring.

the crash will be show by a graph whose gradient is 0, this graph will be much talked about and often tilted to emphasise the impact of the house price crash.
