Looks like one I saw on Rightmove last year, where they too had "converted" two smaller upstairs bedrooms into "two doubles." Always a bad sign! Notice the advert reads "SUBSTANTIALLY REDUCED". Seems to pretty much sum up the UK these days. Still, we can look on the bright side: there isn't anyone out there daft enough to purchase at that price. The crazy thing is, putting a simple partition wall back would be a quick, cheap and easy job. And I'm sure a 3 bedder would be an awful lot easier to shift. Seems that some sellers, even in the current desperate market, just can't be bothered to put in any effort whatsoever. Too many years of having it easy, I guess.
