Ok so bedroom 3 is downstairs so prob should have been classed as a bedroom

Is it? Looks like one I saw on Rightmove last year, where they too had "converted" two smaller upstairs bedrooms into "two doubles." Always a bad sign! Notice the advert reads "SUBSTANTIALLY REDUCED". I'm not suprised. Could prove a difficult one to shift. :)

I think that's how much they paid for it - so if they havenm't mewed they are being insane

...or just plain greedy. Seems to pretty much sum up the UK these days. Still, we can look on the bright side: there isn't anyone out there daft enough to purchase at that price.

The crazy thing is, putting a simple partition wall back would be a quick, cheap and easy job. And I'm sure a 3 bedder would be an awful lot easier to shift. Seems that some sellers, even in the current desperate market, just can't be bothered to put in any effort whatsoever. Too many years of having it easy, I guess.
