Tommyboy, how accurate are the previous sold prices? I have a 1/3 share of the freehold on the property that Lot 145 is in, I happen to know that the said flat sold last year at auction, but on the details shown on the auction site it says that the flat was last sold in 2004, I knew that guy personally who bought in 2004 and have had correspondence with the guy who bought last year.....any ideas to why it shows 2004?
