must have been a transfer under value,npo way did that trade for 12k 2004

but it might have been auctioned for £1.2k in 1991

In the least desirable parts of the green unpleasant land folk have been thoroughly re-price conditioned over the last few years

Racing back towards a more reasonable price for what are rather pretty little starter homes (with no parking) in Shaftesbury. I am really surprised it went for so little - I think sense must be beginning to return to this area. :):):rolleyes:
