Asking Prices

Recommended Posts

I mean is he having a laugh or what. ( that currently applies to all sellers)

I am not a newcomer to London buying, but I am looking to reenter and have no clue about what to offer in these unique market circumstances.

Please advise. Are many sellers just adding on 30 % , in the faint hope they'll get a naive wealthy viewer in the next decade, or are estate agents advising unwisely. From what I definitely know about economics and what I have gleaned about the housing market, things aint looking good, so it would appear many sellers are time wasting and have no idea about what is about to hit them, should they really want or need to sell. This is a ten year affair not ten months, there are some of us who remember circa 1989 to 1997.
