Edited: oops, it may not be same story. The original in the Property section of the Telegraph a week ago and then promoted to the main paper was about Mayfair, that headline is about Park Lane. Apologies if I've 'jumped the gun.'

You are right!

As my partner owns a property on this row I can guarntee these two properties have never been worth £30M (We sold 94 and 95 Park Lane two years ago)

The credit crunch does not effect the price of this row though as they do hold their prices because they are Park Lane.
