Barclays Down 25% Already

Recommended Posts

Please guys, if you are going to dabble in these shares never do so without a stop-loss.

I have just tranferred most of my cash savings to other accounts to spread it around. Never thought it would come to this, strange times.

Q. What do bankers call a stop-loss?

A. The taxpayer.

My current account is with barclays. :(

Which bank is going to fail last again? I'm losing track!

HSBC. Then 'state failure' as Injin would put it

I still think Barclays will pull through relatively unscathed. The best connected of all the big UK banks, and the far east sov wealth funds, having committed a lot of cash already, are unlikely to let them go IMO.
