Is Uk Plc Americas Bad Bank?

Recommended Posts

Mutters that our special relationship is coming to an end!! It made me wonder.

Could it be that America had the forsight of what was coming and therefore sold us their toxic debt?

Are we the global bad bank?

I knew they were being nice to us for some reason!!!!!!!!!!1

I dont think so, I think everyone is each others bad banks, the debt is pretty evenly distrributed, makeing everyone suffer....

However, the countries that have been idle and living off tourism and property prices are the ones who are suffering the most, Yes the toxic stuff has been spread around, but the real problems are being caused by home grown toxic assets bubbling to the surface...
