If you look at the Eclectica Asset Management website fund performance you can see in graphic detail how much this bloke actually knows.

Every single fund has lost a fortune.

So I would expect exactly the opposite to happen to what he says, his track record is abysmally, but he still charges 2 and 20% for this performance.

Mmm looks a bit bleak - maybe he should have followed his own advice and kept out of equities.

But what can u do when u offer an xxxxxx equity fund. And all equities fall.

Those are long only commodity funds. How on earth could they perform during a market sell off? :lol:

I like this guy, but how can you say buy bonds right now?

The governments are going to end up buying them themselves to keep it all going.......

They are not long only they are meant to be hedge funds. i.e you get protection on the downside. But apparently not with dear old Hugh.
