I had a 3bed semi terraced house which I needed to sell.. I couldn;t live there as it reminded me some moments which I wanted to forget.. The best option was to sell it through homebuyers as the sale with estate agents takes so long.. After contacting numerous companies, I stayed with Decision Homebuyers (www.decisionhomebuyers.co.uk) as they offered the most reasonable price. The process was very fast.
