The house price rises are sure making estate agents a lot of money. They get percentage commission, so they make much more money for no extra value. I am starting a new website at online property sales by owner to give people the option to sell without an agent. If you already have an agent, fine, can do this as well. The cost is free and an advert can be created in about 10 minutes. You can upload just one photo at present. There are a couple of examples already on the site. I will be adding much more features in the near future. I am a professional web developer, so this project is going to develop fast.
