  2. Yet another HPC member trolling the MSE board. Seriously boring. Mind you, after 4 years of waiting for a HPC , and another 5 before a serious correction pans out, I suppose we must find something to do. 9.13pm post on MSE-9.16pm on here.
  3. From the same edition, on its front page. Noticed it when shopping in Morrisons in Shrewsbury this PM:
  4. It's a serious business impersonating a Judge, even on an anonymous forum such as this. Not wise, considering members of the legal profession here will no doubt take issue with your behaviour. All it takes is a quick line to the Department for Constitutional Affairs. And if you are a government employee using government computers to post this nonsense you may want to start looking for another job -in the very near future. If you were a Judge, which clearly you are not, the Office for Judicial Complaints would take a very dim view of your behaviour. Good luck.
  5. Are you serious? Prices fell 1 % last month, and you call that a meltdown?
  6. House prices are still yoy positive. What's to celebrate? We're at least 5 years before prices return to long term averages. I find this exuberant euphoria quite irrational.
  7. Indeed, Most of the people i know in London earn 100K plus. Rich b'astards I earn a fraction that amount.
  8. These incremental falls are no use to me. I'm looking for a crash and these figures, after 8 months of a supposed credit crunch, are frankly disappointing.
  9. Not quite-the country's still HPI positive and falling 0.5% per month. I'd describe it pedestrian at best.
  10. With regret, I must agree. In the absence of a significant number of distressed sellers we'll continue to get these poxy 0.6 monthly falls which are no use to anyone seeking a significant correction. How long would it take to achieve 20% nominal falls if we average 0.6 monthly falls? Doesn't bear thinking about.
  11. You're saying prices will fall 30% in 6 months? You consider that to be realistic?
  12. Something that's often missed here.
