    DOW falls 1100 points

I concede/concur, it is pretty clear from the charts: Zero Hedge: "Bloodbath" WARNING: If you're still invested in the market, you may need to sit down with a cuppa tea (vodka shots) and biscuit for that link.
  2. My folks are all effin NIMBY and between them all (both parents and grandparents) have 10 spare bedrooms! I scratch around trying to find rent to keep my kids warm in a house not nearly big enough for our needs. If my lot are any indication of their generation, which I know they are, then the problem is not one of a lack of housing, it's the fact that the boomer generation is fat, greedy and holding all the cards. I'm prepared to confront them all about it, are you? Yes, it irks me somewhat! bB

I can't help thinking this is like an iceberg. The symptoms we're seeing are nothing compared to what is happening below the water line. I expect the next few days to reveal a major event, that will really get things moving south fast. Or, it could just be one of those Fridays, which on top of the week we've had won't be pretty, there will be a lot of people staying in this weekend eating beanz!

    Yep, but it's noisy!

Plucking figures outta the air, I'd say around 6,666.66 - it's the kinda number that bankers like, and isn't too far from the bottom in 2009.

I agree, watching human behaviour, and drawing on previous events human psychological cause/effects is probably a better indicator than millions of charts.

Most people can't see it, but there is a ring around Uranus.
  8. Interesting also in that these families have managed to control the narrative for so many centuries, literally writing history for the masses to digest. Think it might be different this time due to the digi-in-my-pocket-phonology thingamyjig.

On the 33rd day of the year (last friday) the Dow fell 666 points! Hmm. I'll be in the garage making tin foil hats, let me know if you'd like to place an order ;¬) Despite the conspiratardiness of the above, it does kinda hint that it was orchestrated. Many other crashes have had elite 'fingerprints' all over them!
  10. 13,000 acres with hunting lodge, etc. Quite the bargain! The Rothschild family sold an Austrian forestry- and hunting estate including a stately lodge and power plants in what the broker called a “historic transaction” in continental Europe. Bloomberg: Rothschilds Sell Austrian Hunting Estate in a ‘Historic’ Deal This has also appeared on reddit as a Q drop. A clip of which looks like this: https://www.reddit.com/r/CBTS_Stream/comments/7vgz15/q_drops_estates_being_sold_and_wealth_transferred/ Q is stating that these moves were made to post Alwaleed's bail. Stocks were dumped (dropped 666 points....on Friday) Bitcoins were sold (lost $67 billion in value in 24 hours....on Friday) Estates are being sold (100+ million for Rothschild Estate, less thank a week ago) Soros transferring billions to his charity. Interesting! bB
  11. Well, it's been said on here that markets are all about sentiment. From a cursory look of financial commentators and some of the fundamentals I'd say that the last 5 days have seen a significant global shift in market sentiment. The fact that it is all happening against a backdrop of Trump unveiling the deep state, potential ressurrection of cold war, NATO/Turkey/US(ISIS)/Russia in Syria, and crypto-insanity makes me wonder which event was the final straw. I apologise if the term crypto-insanity leaves you with a Jamiroqui ear worm, I'm beginning to regret that one already.

Let's see! With everything so bubbly and over extended I wonder if it'll be a straight plummet, but human nature will ultimately develop a return to normal, but what's normal, there is no normal anymore. With everything now globalised I can see a vicious circle forming as Asian markets follow a bad day on the US markets, and Europe rides the piste as it awakens, seting the stage for another gouge in the states the next day. However this plays out it'll be historic. (And other such lame waffle! ;¬) )

Yep, that's all folks! I think this is the beginning of the end. This is the crash that was meant to be a decade ago, and it is going to be like a bungy jump into a black hole, without the harness that attaches one to the elastic. It started stateside last friday, well to be honest it started back in 2007, and I predict the contagion is going to be fast and deep. Grab popcorn, or pickled egg, hold on to your hats and enjoy the ride! May you fare well through this tumultuos time. bB
