I had some success using an on line endowment redress calculator. www.exasoft.biz/MFWebUser/ It uses the same software as most of the large insurance companies and is also used by FOS It was recommended by Which? in their May magazine, I used it and the claim vlaue was increased from £834 to £1,740 ... let me know how you get on!
