Well I can talk to you, from a place that costs a fraction of the rent you are paying.....why pay more for less?

The reason being that where there are more people there are more people to buy stuff, more people that will buy more services, more people attract more people......excellent communication technology is making the world a smaller place, better more cost effective transport systems will make it smaller still.
