My Prediction: Rishi will be PM by November 1st
Happening replied to henry the king's topic in House prices and the economy
Why are my comments moderated, is it for not liking the Labour party? Or for voting Brexit. Sad man you must be to refuse someone to air their views on a website you want the world to see. Stick behind a paywall comrade. Mod Edit: The reason the majority of your posts are hidden is due to your bad language. -

Who is running the country?
Happening replied to Bruce Banner's topic in House prices and the economy
Rabid right???? Theyre paying everyones fuel bills, just 18 months after paying millions of peoples wages to sit at home to avoid catching a cold, whilst allowing in a million immigrants a year. Whilst we get that this website hates the Tories, if that is peoples idea of "right wing" then i must be living in a new dimension. They're f'en Blairites and are anything but right wing. Right wing = small non interfering govt, this lot are absolutely everywhere and interfere with everything. Anyway most on here will be happy that the fractionally more right wing element of the Tory arty have now been replaced with Blairites and there is less chance of a HPC. -
Emergency Statement today from Jeremy Hunt

Are the middle class productive? I just see a lot of middle class folk doing overpaid nonjobs be it in the public or private sector. As the entire economy has been rigged for 2 decades, its hard to see what jobs would exist in a free market economy. -

Buy-to-let landlords face ruin as mortgage rates rocket
Happening replied to Gurgle's topic in House prices and the economy
Oh well, never mind. Remember turning up to look at a crappy 2 bed house in Oxford with my Mrs and 9 month old baby. Landlady wouldn't even let us into the house as kids werent allowed . She had a look similar to that woman. -

When they (MP's/bankers) bailed themselves out in 2008, it was as if they no longer cared that we knew they were corrupt nation wrecking scum, prior to then they'd do all they can to hide their fiddles. It was if they knew, they could do as they pleased after the bailouts. And they most certainly have for the last 14 years. Fact this website still exists is testament to that. -

I only ever read Labourfanboyz on here, from what i see the Tory party are despised. Though obviously self awareness isn;t a trait the left have managed to achieve. -

As if they care about being outed for feathering their own nest, the shame of doing such a thing ended in 2008. (obviously the feathered their nest prior to then, but at least they weren't so blatant.) -
Plans now that HPC is nailed on?
Happening replied to Pmax2020's topic in House prices and the economy
I dont think a HPC is nailed on, now that the property price riggers are back in control. (Sunak's lot) Still seeing anything of vague value i.e 2020 prices + 20%, being snapped up within a couple of weeks. Though starting to see the kite flyers hoping to get 2020 prices + 40% having a bit of a reality check. Hope you get your place in 2023 at the price you deem is closer to reality. -

General election within weeks
Happening replied to Casual-observer's topic in House prices and the economy
Because spunking 500bln or whatever the final sum actually is, and inflating house prices from already insane prices, means he is a safe pair of hands. The Tory party are about the only thing on this planet that could force me to vote Labour, them a gun to my head. -

People voted for Boris, as your beloved Corbyn who was against the EU from its inception, made a 180 degree turn, and wanted at best a BRINO. If Corbyn had stuck to his anti EU, anti neoliberal guns , and was a man of integrity he could have won that election. But the left of the useful idiots of the neoliberals, they back every single cause from mass immigration, to not being self sufficient on food/fuel. But anyway move on, your seem to be deranged about the Tories, Boris and Corbyn. -
Prior to the budget they said they wanted interests rates to go higher. You're someone who owns a house and wants high house prices, the fact you claim they begged the BoE not to raise rates is complete and utter nonsense. You've got a Bliarite in at no.11, you ought to be a happy man, as he's more likely to be willing to crash the economy to prop up your house price.

I despise the Tories. However i was all up for defending Truss and Kwarteng for putting in the process to speed up a house price crash, i for one wish they were allowed to continue down that path, its a pity its been blocked. Maybe its because im one of the few on here who actually wants a HPC and would personally benefit from it, that i'm happy to point out the good work Kwarteng put in to get bond yields moving up. But as theyve now appointed that complete and utter Khunt as chancellor, who i note has already mentioned getting mortgage rates down, i may well stop defending them, as they've reverted back to Blairism/neoliberalism/bankerism/corruption or whatever you may or may not decide to call it.

Ive never voted Tory,or Labour or Lib or SNP. But if Liz does offer an election i may well vote for her ... just the fact the entire MSM, banking establishment, and globalists are against her tells me she is doing something right. Appointing Hunt is a bad move though, another born to rules tosser, with a huge BTL portfolio.

It would seem so. Most already have a house or 2, so don't have skin in the game. The whine of wanting a HPC for their kids doesnt hold much water, when the rhetoric about Truss/Kwassy is they need to go and get a steady pair of hands. Christ knows how Sunak is a steady pair of hands when he loses tends of billions to fraud in a matter of months.

Well kids, today is the Day!

Labour supplied sweet FA, theyre a vile bunch of equally incompetent neoliberals who love unaffordable housing.
