From the auction on the 25th May, this end of terrace house was a repo:- 8 Woodland Way, Mitcham, CR4 2DY No details given about the house, but from the photo on the auction site it looked like a 3-bed. With a guide of 200K it sold for 223K. www.houseprices.co.uk has it previously sold for 127K in 2000, so who couldn't keep up the payments on that? Must've been remortgaged ....
