  1. Lol So many raising useless people and it's the ones who aren't inflicting entitled mini-me's on the rest of the World that you're bothered about. You've lived your entire life on the suffering of billions of other people yet somehow feel like you've made some kind of sacrifice because you can't go on a couple of holidays every year. I'm sure your offspring won't have to wipe people backsides unlike all the tens of millions of people that currently do this for a lowly paid living while you sit around complaining on forums. Lots of people have been devoting their time to creating robots which are far more promising to the human race than whatever it is you've created. We need things on this earth which don't have a sense of entitlement to support the far too many existing things which do.
  2. I think he did a bit more than that Larry Watch the mr blobby video, it will cheer you up.
  3. You're allowed your views Larry, as long as you don't break the law nobody is coming for you. Even if you do they may not be that bothered, and you won't be tortured. Just be glad of your blessings.
  4. might as well use mr blobby for all the relevance julian assange has to what i just said
  5. Not sure who's been eradicated from questioning the official version of 9/11 yet
  6. Ok well, if you don't like it you can stand in the next election, or take a soap box at hyde park, amongst many other things. Nobody is going to put you in prison, or off you like they would in Russia.
  7. Nah, like a Western Democracy Because I can call the King and Prime Minister clowns if I want to. See how that works.
  8. Russia will eventually become a democracy, don't know when. It's just evolution.
  9. It's so weird watching people smiling and applauding a dictator. Really brings home how much lies beyond the surface appearance of human beings.
  10. You may scoff, but many older people in Japan are choosing prison life as they are taken care of better there.
  11. I've never spent more than 30k in any year despite earning in the region of 3-400k at various points. I've always operated on the assumption that there's no guarantee I'll be able to earn a wage tomorrow. Problem is there's a lot of reckless people who would like nothing more than wage inflation to bail them out.
  12. Hmm, yeah, I haven't had to work much sice my early 40s. And sometimes I miss the cut and thrust of being involved in new exctiting commetcial things. Also I probably could have made a lot more money. On the other hand I'm super fit and can now build cool robots from scratch with the ability to design and make parts. It's actually quite easy to give yourself purpose if you want to . I've been able to give more attention to family members going through illness, and also dived deeper into various things I'm interested in. Also become part of community projects at various times. I think probably I would have been ill by now if I'd have kept going with my career at the rate it was so I'd rather have health I also get a weird pang of guilt quite often that so many are struggling while I'm just doing my thing
  13. used to have one next door. got the house after divorce sometime in the 80s. stayed on the sick (and clearly wasn't) till they sold a few years ago. drove a car, had a huge extension done with inhertiance. 750k house. Other side, same value house, husband fake moved out and pretended they were separated to claim child benefits on several kids. Rented that out and bought another worth around a million. Could tell you all sorts of other stories of people on this affluent street claiming things. Had a family member that used to work for DSS who would tell me all sorts of stories. You wouldn't believe what goes on.
  14. It ain't cheap to live. A good night out at the weekend is a couple of grand these days. pff
