  1. More tiny box places falling off a cliff. 26% off original asking price https://www.zoopla.co.uk/for-sale/details/56261598/?search_identifier=6186cb0ec6ac182c61ac61aad08d2fc4
  2. But you can't lose in property right??? Oh hang on....
  3. https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/94619306#/ - overpriced garbage like this isn't selling, zone 1-3 London is littered with flats like this which isn't shifting. Looks like a student dorm room, how long for the penny to drop for the vendor?
  4. My heart bleeds for them 😆 surprised there wasn’t the usual ‘but this is my pension’ ********.
  5. Many thanks for this Count, always good to read, the graph showing the number of listings is really telling. How many of those listed have been listed, taken off and relisted again? (On continuous loop). goes to show what is listed isn’t shifting (Except London) and when restrictions ease, we could see a glut of properties put onto the market, with perhaps some considerable pent up demand however at this prices, who can buy? 🙄
  6. He’s jumped through hoops just to get to the stage of them doing actually doing something about it.
  7. That’s suggesting he wasn’t one to begin with 😉
  8. Not always, people do buy houses as an investment and falling prices doesn’t seem like a sound investment.
  9. Sorry for the double post, but I feel BBC always have VI in the market and therefore don’t publish anything which suggest prices going down unless it’s blindingly obvious to the average joe.
  10. Yep, could be London houses/flats too which are struggling to shift because of their astronomical prices.
  11. https://m.facebook.com/groups/552888948407809/permalink/1310283432668353/ - bleat away 😂
  12. It beggars belief.... although perhaps the government would less inclined with their ridiculous props now that the housing market does still appear to be moving despite this new lockdown. Although that’s wishful thinking right? if the market was shut, VIs cries for assistance would be far more louder than what they are now
  13. This was only a matter of time and kudos to them for making a stand.
  14. But I thought they were all moving to the UK!? Who’s buying these flats? 🙄
