  1. Most complain that they are not wealthy and the running costs of being a landlord are 'too high' Surely the best thing to do is to quit the game and sell at the top of the market? The prices being bandied around are crazy

Bought £545,000 in 2017 but listed for just over £100k initially but multiple drops until now listed £65,000 (again could be up for auction) am I missing something here?

  10. Many thanks for this Count, always good to read, the graph showing the number of listings is really telling. How many of those listed have been listed, taken off and relisted again? (On continuous loop). goes to show what is listed isn’t shifting (Except London) and when restrictions ease, we could see a glut of properties put onto the market, with perhaps some considerable pent up demand however at this prices, who can buy? 🙄

  13. Not always, people do buy houses as an investment and falling prices doesn’t seem like a sound investment.
