  1. I used to wonder what type of person would vote for Priti Patel , are you seriously suggesting enslavement ? Actually don't answer that ,I don't think I want to know.
  2. They don't have ALL the power but they do crave it. This is why there are people like Epstein out there entrapping the powerful to act in "their" interests. We are currently threatening journalists with 10 years imprisonment if they "embarrass" the Govt .Brexit is all going to plan , very soon we will be begging to return to the EU and nobody will ever suggest leaving again . Any countries inside the EU thinking of following the UK will quickly realise it's Hotel California.
  3. Johnson has done what was asked of him and is now becoming damaged goods so they are preparing the next puppet to step into his shoes who will get a honeymoon period where they advance the agenda further before they themselves have to fall on their sword. When it gets to the point where the entire Party is unelectable in steps the controlled opposition with Sir Keir Establishment Lackey Starmer telling us he is "change we can believe in." Democracy is just an illusion in the UK
  4. Don't panic ,people will shortly be so desperate to rejoin the EU the EU will accept the AZ vaccinated as long as the UK accepts the € .
  5. I don't believe for one second that any of those players would sacrifice sporting immortality for the purpose of making a political statement they could make at any other time
  6. For me Spain were far better than Italy , Denmark were better than England and on their day France better than both of those. Then there's Belgium who despite their number 1 ranking always seem to lack something that winners have. The biggest problem with England is the Media who always hype the expectations of the fans way beyond their ability . In the previous Euros they were trailing Iceland by 1-0 at half time and the pundits were discussing how to beat the opponents in the next round . A bit of humility and some respect for the opposition would be of greater advantage to the players than the pressure to emulate 1966 . When they inevitably fail some poor bugger gets scapegoated to within an inch of their life , whether it's Turnip head ,Wally with the brolly or the 3 guys who failed to score the penalties. It seems to be a national trait , an ugly hangover from the days of Empire akin to the BS about how they won the War completely ignoring the help from Australians,NZ, Poles,Scots,Welsh, Irish, Canadians,Americans,Sth Africans,Russians, actually this list is very very long but you get the jist.
  7. Wow You are taking the urine ........aren't you ?
  8. two thirds of possession led to two thirds of total shots on goal of which two thirds were on target Considering England played almost half the game while needing a winning goal and only managed a single shot on target I would say Italy dominated England
  9. https://www.footballcritic.com/european-championship-italy-england/match-stats/2366754 the stats say different 66-34 possession 6-2 shots on target 89 - 75 pass success 19-6 total shots that's the stats of one team dominating the game.
  10. I'm sick of everyone assuming its England fans when it won't be. (apparently)
  11. It really isn't a Scottish term and has been in use for a long time
  12. If you go on youtube and type in Italian fans attacked there are numerous videos on the matter. You're in denial if you think England supporters don't have a long history of this behaviour . In Europe football violence is referred to as "the English disease" .
  13. Why do you assume I'm Scottish mate!!
  14. Couldn't beat Scotland Beat the poorest German team in decades, the Czechs are average ,the Croats are a shell of the team they were 3 years ago , Ukraine pahhh, had to resort to cheating to beat Denmark . Italy ,Spain ,France and Belgium were all better teams and in the World Cup there are Argentina , Brazil and a few Asian and African teams that will be as good and better . As usual the media hyped it up and many of the fans were a disgrace with their yob behaviour . The worst of it all was Johnson and his cronies riding on the shirt tails hoping to gain credit if they won. So those Italian fans being attacked at Wembley was really by who ? These yobs have a long history of thuggery and racist behaviour , give your head a wobble.
  15. If the New World Order , One World Govt is a reality project then I would imagine the UK would be in it up to their necks . The reasoning is to create 5 large political Unions (N. America /S. America/Africa/ Greater Europe and Asia Pacific) before merging all into one easy to manage package . Is Brexit really designed to give Britain freedom or is it the ultimate warning of what happens to those who think they can break away . Cameron , May and Johnson were all pro Euro before the Brexit vote and despite what Johnson now claims his history of lies means he cannot be trusted to tell the truth . The ultimate aim of the game is control and the way things are headed they will be buying up all the property , all the land from bankrupt farmers and install a pay as you go health system that produces massive profits. The constant bickering about EU membership has been a thorn in the side of the Globalists for decades , after all this is over and we are begging to go back to Brussels will anyone ever entertain the idea of leaving again (from any EU nation) . I have no idea if this is what is going on but am now at a stage where I have to question everything politicians and the media tell me.
  16. Boom and bust is policy ,it happens by design not by accident . This bust is long overdue, all that's missing has been a convenient scapegoat and Covid is perfect for this purpose. Between Covid and those nasty people in the EU not playing ball any more a lot of the blame that should of headed towards bankers and politicians will be re-directed in that direction. During a boom (almost) everyone makes a little , during a bust a few vultures at the top strip the carcass bare . Won't be long til they issue ration cards and we're all hanging out the washing on the Siegfried line.
  17. You believe the Press and Media don't fabricate and exaggerate ?
  18. Well if you want to believe the propaganda ..............
  19. Without going down the plandemic conspiracy road there are some things that have me scratching my head. The Queen (elderly and vulnerable) Charles, Camilla , William and a host of World leaders and dignitaries are happy to meet up without masks and not observing any social distancing . We are told that even if you are vaccinated you can still catch it and spread it to others . Ascot is full of top hatters , maskless and wealthy Hooray Henry's . The Prime Ministers own father didn't take lockdown seriously . Johnson himself caught a mild version , wasn't on a ventilator but was isolated in IT but regained his health quickly. Charles was another mildly affected statistic. None of them seem unduly concerned for their own well being . We even had Govt proposing that high wealth individuals shouldn't have to self isolate. The old saying of don't listen to what they say , watch what they do is quite prescient . What I do know with 100% certainty is that Covid 19 will be the scapegoat for all the problems that will now beset us. If we do have global financial collapse , hyperinflation and the necessity to privatise the NHS then it wasn't the greed of banks and politicians that are the cause of it. They acted in the public interest at all times .
  20. They have value as long as those people have faith and trust in the institutions that are issuing them , however it's very rare that these pieces of paper ever increase in value or purchasing power . Pointing out some flaws in crypto doesn't equal supporting fiat .
  21. As of today there are 10507 different crypto currencies listed on coinmarketcap plus others listed elsewhere. It's all a bit dot.com and I would be surprised if the vast majority don't end up in the digi trash can sooner rather than later. I do have a small punt on one (not btc) so am not 100% anti crypto but I am extremely sceptical of their value. Bitcoin for example was created by a man nobody has ever met , where coins come into existence by solving a sum nobody needs the answer to and these "coins" exist only in cyberspace as a piece of computer code. I don't see where the value is only that if enough people believe it has value then it does. It reminds me of the story of the Emperors new clothes where only clever people could see the material. The other red flag for me is a digital currency is a bankers wet dream and BTC and the others are paving the way for public acceptance. Buyer beware.
  22. I bought an old Fiat Ducato about 15 years ago when I lived in Germany , went away most weekends with my wife and 2 kids and was definitely one of the best buys ever. Worth fitting a few solar panels to the roof and get more off grid independence.
  23. Generally better checking the local estate agents on the island rather than RM . Has been one of my preferred destinations for a while but a bit pricey atm. My Son was working there until last year and my friend is shortly moving to work as a GP. so any updates on the market are welcome, thanks.
