  1. “This is your proposal is it? ‘We Stand Together’.....is this some kind of f**king joke!?”
  2. This. BTLers are despised because they’re exploiting people’s need for shelter. I don’t remember seeing stocks and shares on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, but shelter is definitely on there. They don’t seem to understand this. Some try to convince themselves that they’re ‘providing a home.’ They are parasites, nothing less.
  3. “We Stand Together” Rishi Sunak - Chancellor™ is the candidate that gets fired on week one of The Apprentice.
  4. Maybe he’s got his tenants to pay the rent with their stem cells (I know; don’t give them ideas).
  5. I think the game is up! Half the reason the govt have gotten away with rigging the market for the last 20 years is that the general public are ignorant to it. What with constant news about expected deep recession, maybe a depression, mass unemployment, second wave and more lockdowns, etc, etc. If house prices continue to be pumped up, it’s going to draw the attention of the ignorant masses to the corruption. Economy in the bin - house prices go up: it won’t make sense...
  6. I don’t. I nearly got a repetitive strain injury after having to scroll through his many epic quote-fests! ?
  7. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/amp/business-53347853 However, IFS director Paul Johnson said: "Let's hold in the back of our minds that a reckoning, in the form of higher taxes, will come eventually. "This is no normal recession. It's the deepest in history," Mr Johnson said.
  8. https://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/politics/boris-johnson-news-live-brexit-eu-coronavirus-update-rishi-sunak-a9609506.html?amp It comes as Mr Sunak defended his £30bn mini-Budget plan but admitted he was “anxious” about the state of the economy, saying the UK was “entering into a very significant recession”.
  9. Good to see someone in the MSM who sees through it all. This raised my eyebrows: According to the CBI 70% of british companies are running out of cash, and three quarters say that there's a lack of demand for their products right across all sectors, from retail to hospitality and health and beauty (which still remain closed).
  10. I wonder if the Fleshlight sponsored, walking advert for The Apprentice, Rishi Sunak - Chancellor ™ has heard of Groupon?
  11. Isn’t encouraging people into restaurants more likely to bring about a second wave though? Or has the government decided that there isn’t going to be one.
  12. Agreed. Although the one man party “We Stand Together” Rishi Sunak - Chancellor™ wants to be seen to be the saviour of the pandemic, there’s still to come: End of furlough, potentially large unemployment, potential recession or even depression, possible second wave and everyone’s favourite villain, No Deal Brexit. This feels as useful as shining a torch in Jason Voorhees’ face hoping that it will see him off.

  14. It seems the strap line is correct in that Main Home buyers will pay nothing up to £500k, but second home buyers will pay 3% up to the same amount.
  15. The “We Stand Together” Rishi Sunak - Chancellor™ branded photo announcement says ‘Main Home.’ Where’s the Fleshlight Rishi?
  16. What’s with all the pictures of him posing with his black Fleshlight? Is he sponsored by them? Should he have a ‘Product Placement’ warning?
  17. Same here. I stopped looking at this site, the internet and any news 10 years ago. It was all getting too stressful. I got on with my life and it was nice and calm. An article about S24 and BTL brought me back. Just when I thought I was out, they pull me back in.
  18. “We Stand Together” Rishi Sunak - Chancellor™ loves the attention. I wouldn’t be surprised if he has his own theme music soon. Mind you, he has a lot to live up to; remember Gordon Brown saved the world! ?
  19. https://medcitynews.com/2020/07/spanish-study-suggests-herd-immunity-against-covid-19-may-not-be-possible/ mmmm.....
