I didn't realize the proces of putting the property on the market is that fast in Hampshire. The house is listed before the deceased got cold. It doesn't look like that around my endZ. The most recently listed properties are from the end of last year.

Well if you know one Pole on good money that means that you have very limited network of personal contacts, nothing else. EDMO has been around for a long time, it's just not being used. In my town there are houses that's been standing empty forever, on main roads, no one in the cuncil cares.

Also, the house might be standing on a formerly excavated site that has been afterwards backfiled with all sorts of rubbish and remains unstable. I have seen a house like that in Smethwick. One wall had cracks all over because that side of the building was slowly sinking into such a pit.
