  1. True but I think if I'd said he was desperate there would still be some claiming he was not a victim and how could a male be a victim of this. Etc..
  2. I understand. I just didn't really want to publish his story in much depth. Just wanted to say that I know of it happening the opposite way. Anyway, at the end of the day he inherited the house from his father, which he subsequently sold, and is now happy elsewhere.
  3. He had no money nor anywhere else to go. His mother had just died of cancer and his alcoholic father threw him out the family house. No other brothers or sisters for support. Year later his father was beated to death one night.
  4. Yes, there was no relationship. If there was I would have meet her whenever he visited my uni. It was purely sex until he moved out. No idea why she started washing his clothes maybe she was looking for more or thought that there was more to them than just sex? No idea, I never meet her. He just told us all what was happening.
  5. There was no relationship. The landlady obviously knew he was out of money then lured him in to propose a different type of payment. He didn't suggest it. She was taking advantage of him. Just because he is male does not make him a not a victim.
  6. Eh? No relationship happened. When he moved out he no longer had to provider her sex.
  7. Oh dear... šŸ‘‡ And this... šŸ‘‡ XRIP holders were warned days ago to dump their bags. Cannot believe anyone stills holds any especially after yesterdays OCC ruling.
  8. I wouldn't watch that garbage if you paid me but I assume all the bed-wetters anti-maskers have already thrown him some pennies to his link for donations. Just because he's for real like...
  9. Can the mods merge this thread with the main pinned one? @Buffer Bear is happy with the responses she got to her questions and all these further questions on bitcoin have been answered before in the pinned one. It even contains links to streams that anyone can watch to find out more on intrinsic values and network effect.
  10. Indeed, just look at Venezuela and ask them about intrinsic value. https://www.coindesk.com/bitcoin-adoption-venezuela-research Venezuela is an example of cryptocurrency adoption during an economic crisis. No other economy facing hyperinflation has come near the South American nation in terms of GDP-adjusted activity on peer-to-peer crypto exchanges, according to new CoinDesk Research analysis of data from LocalBitcoins and Paxful, the two largest such exchanges. Previous reporting from CoinDesk has shown that amid platform bans by the government and Venezuelansā€™ unease toward foreign crypto coverage, peer-to-peer (P2P) transactions remain at the center of the countryā€™s thriving crypto scene. In general, Venezuelans cite a combination of factors for the rise of crypto there including migration, capital controls, risk of government seizure, demand for hard money and exposure to the petro, the cryptocurrency backed by the government.
  11. You obviously didnā€™t bother to watch the clip. The trouble with you bed-wetters is that your happy for a covidiot denier to walk around a quiet hospital outpatient department on Boxing Day screaming hoax and proclaiming where are the doctors and nurses. Then when some talk on camera you scream itā€™s a hysteria. P.S. Are you wearing your mask yet and following the guidelines? If I remember correctly you are one of the ones who refuses to.
  12. @Buffer Bear posted a very interesting Raoul Pal stream. Digital scarcity via blockchain is coming to art and music, as bitcoin has done for money. The luddites no doubt didnā€™t bother to watch it. Closed minds.
  13. Covid-19: ā€˜One of the worst shifts of my life ā€“ itā€™s overwhelmingā€™ Before Boris Johnson announced new tougher restrictions for England, the BBC was given exclusive access to a London hospital to see how staff were coping with Covid. From nurses talking about crying when they get home to doctors asking people to stop ā€œbendingā€ the rules because it's leading to people in their 20s, 30s and 40s dying, these are the staff of St Georgeā€™s Hospital. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/av/health-55540701
  14. Adoption, prices are going up but thereā€™s a lack of bitcoin supply, says Alli McCartney Bitcoin soared to $34,800 on Sunday. JJ Kinahan, chief market strategist at TD Ameritrade, and Alli McCartney, managing director at UBS private wealth management, join ā€˜Closing Bellā€™ to discuss why bitcoin is going up. Kinahan says thereā€™s a diverse group of people who are invested in bitcoin other than younger generations. https://www.cnbc.com/video/2021/01/04/adoptions-prices-are-going-up-but-theres-lack-of-supply-in-bitcoin-says-alli-mccartney.html
  15. Scaramucci Calls Bitcoin the Cryptocurrency 'Winner,' Launches New Fund Anthony Scaramucci, former White House communications director and founder of Skybridge Capital, is making the leap into the cryptocurrency space with a $25 million investment into a new bitcoin fund. https://cheddar.com/media/scaramucci-calls-bitcoin-the-cryptocurrency-winner-launches-new-fund
  16. Why's it different? It's just an mutial agreement between two consenting adults. He started off renting ran into money trouble and the landlady propossed he move into her bedroom. She started doing his washing after that.
  17. Yes. My friend was shagging his landlady in the '90's for free accommodation. She even did his washing. Absolutely nothing new in this.
  18. Ah yes the old if we don't test for cancer it does not exist. šŸ™„
  19. Indeed. Is it not about 60% of the population are in one category or another as to being classes as vulnerable to Covid? I can't remember the exact stat but it's so high it makes the idiocy of shielding as an impossibility.
