Why, thank you. Nope, not vendor - still renting in SE London - but I know the area. Used to go to the aerodrome with my Dad as a kid - happy days. And there's an excellent bird of prey centre attached that I took my wife to on a date (Groupon - cheapskate). Looked into buying in Biggleswade to be nearer family and commute to London about 18 months ago. No way near that price though.

And it's not my house before anyone jumps on me!

Fastest journey is 19 mins cycle to Biggleswade station (quicker by car), then quickest train is 31 minutes into London (depending on time). And it's an old vintage plane aerodrome.
