BTL should not exist at all. It should be illegal to rent out a property you don't own outright. Nobody should be paying someone else's mortgage. Tenants are buying landlords houses! How is this even legal it's pure extortion.

No, all landlords are parasites. Fixing stuff is what they're legally required to do, doing it is not something extra. All landlords are making money from hoarding an essential resource. Until all of us own at least one house it is unlawful for anybody to own two.

We may be on the edge of a hpc in Wales, seems half of property for sale now is listed for auction. Landlords running for exit because of legislation changes since Dec 2022 and getting desperate?
