  1. Lets face it, this site has turned to shit. That HPC reminder about young people viewing was the last straw for me. Who the ****** under 18 is interested in a HPC?
  2. Further falls in prime London http://www.savills.com/_news/article/105347/247355-0/7/2018/further-falls-in-prime-london-but-average-is-not-a-reliable-indicator-of-value

  4. Something for the weekend: Rental prices in England are increasing at the slowest pace for five years, the latest Landbay Rental Index shows. https://www.landlordtoday.co.uk/breaking-news/2018/6/rental-growth-slows-to-five-year-low
  5. Brexit puts London house prices in danger of first fall since 2009 https://www.standard.co.uk/business/brexit-puts-london-house-prices-in-danger-of-first-fall-since-2009-a3856546.html
  6. Foxy SP looking set for new lows. Maybe with tomorrow's Halifax data. 😀
  7. Foxt trading update out today, not a good start to the year, revenue down across the board: In the first quarter of 2018 group revenue was GBP24.5m compared to GBP28.7m in the first quarter of last year. This comprised sales revenue of GBP8.2m (2017: GBP11.1m), lettings revenues of GBP14.3m (2017: GBP15.5m), and Alexander Hall mortgage revenue of GBP2.0m (2017: GBP2.1m). Whilst the sales pipeline has begun to improve it remains below where it was this time last year. The performance of our lettings business improved towards the end of the quarter and throughout April.
  8. My wife is an Economics lecturer at a sixth form college in Hammond's constituency. He visited this morning and a student asked about the affects of Brexit. He said in five years time people would hardly notice any difference, he felt of greater importance would be the affects of artificial intelligence which would be massive. He was confident that a deal would be done on the customs union.
  9. Didn't we get to about 600 signatures last time we tried this?
  10. I negotiated a great deal next door to this house a month after the murder. https://www.standard.co.uk/news/3million-house-linked-to-sunningdale-kidnap-death-6538245.html The landlord, who owned both properties, ended up having to change the name Tresanton to Ardwyn House just to get it let.
  11. Similar sentiment in today's standard: Rich nations are drowning in debt as rate rises loom https://www.standard.co.uk/business/carl-mortished-rich-nations-are-drowning-in-debt-as-rate-rises-loom-a3823281.html
