  3. Hi there, Neebie here so be kind. We've been looking for a house for a while near Rainham, Kent. We saw this one come on recently: http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-36884970.html The text contains what I would describe as, if I'm being generous, a complete and utter fib: "All of the bedrooms are a generous size, so there will never be any arguments over who gets the biggest room" ... but then you check out the bedroom sizes: Bedroom 3: 8'8 x 8'2 (2.64m x 2.49m) Bedroom 4: 9'1 x 6'1 (2.77m x 1.86m) Obviously we won't be viewing this particular house ourselves. Is this legal? Are estate agents covered by some sort of rules for these descriptions? Cheers, Zebs
