Will Greece Be The Pin That Pops The Bubble?
Samboy replied to Bill D'arblay's topic in House prices and the economy
The do receive funding from the EU, so clearly anyone who puts it under pressure is an extremist. Funny how they don't call the Green part extremists, as that is clearly what they are. -
Guess What's Driving The Uk Recovery....
Samboy replied to interestrateripoff's topic in House prices and the economy
We export weapons all over the place, hence why Dave and Chrlie were in Saudi to keep this client happy. Have to love the way they fly out there to show respects to a totalitarian regime that makes ISIL look acceptable yet they keep their distance from the new democratically elected Greek Prime Minister. -
Ecb President Super Mario Has No Credibility

Best article in the DT for a long time. But my god you have to sift through months of shi7 to find it. Lets hope this Greece election brings things to a head im tired of their fantastic ability to kick the can down the road. -
THE GREAT BIG FAT GREEK THREAD
Samboy replied to interestrateripoff's topic in House prices and the economy
If they leave there will be endless amounts of people looking to invest in Greece almost overnight. They'll be leaving the Euro not the EU. -
THE GREAT BIG FAT GREEK THREAD
Samboy replied to interestrateripoff's topic in House prices and the economy
Not one Prime Minister, President or Chancellor has congratulated Alexis Tsipras on becoming the prime minister of Greece. If it was one of their own it wouldn't be the case. -
THE GREAT BIG FAT GREEK THREAD
Samboy replied to interestrateripoff's topic in House prices and the economy
SHows how desperate and sad things are for us when we are reliant on a Greek election result bringing down the EU so we can afford a house. -

Hope so as no other blackish swan event seems to have any effect on the markets. -
No Greater Sign Of Uk Deflation Than This
Samboy replied to The Masked Tulip's topic in House prices and the economy
I think shrinkflation is good if it stops the fat fcks of Britain putting on extra pounds. Fruit and veg is the same size as ever. -
No wonder Charlie and Dave are out their looking for a piece of the pie. This family are no different to ISIS, except for the UK and US give them legitimacy. I was just watching Sky and one minute theyre all slagging of UKIPs gadgy as being up their with Hitler for saying the NHS is the worst in socialism and a bottomless money pit, then the next they're showing Dave kissing the **** of this murderous family and making it out as if he's doing good by Britain for doing so. Such twisted logic is astounding.

They want to default and stay in the Euro. Basic problem is, is if the EU let them off with their debts then the Portugese, Spanish, Irish and so on will want the same. But if they dont let them off eventually theyll default The fun begins shortly i hope!

I expected them to let the housing market crash and then by around about 2014/15 for it to be picking up without the need of endless borrowing by the state, QE, FFL, Help to Buy and all the other scams that are needed to make Gidiots recovery look like the failure that the people know it is. I was living overseas in 2010 but anyone with basic common sense and the ability to count the loose change in their pocket knew that if they let the property market crash they could have blamed it all on NuLabour and their property and credit bubble. It was an open goal that arrogant coked up little prik missed by a mile.

I can;t help but be cynical and think she is looking for a vote. Diane Abbott can afford to put her kid in private school and has to be one of the most self serving politicians in Britain. She was only this week backing down on the Mansion Tax, a true Blairite socialist if ever there was one.

Thats a little over £300 per slumlord. If average rent is £800 per house/flat, it means they're after 3%. There is so much more remaining for the Labour coalition to tax after the election.

Calm down i quoted the wrong post. I was supposed to have quoted this post by RK as he seems to mock anyone who thinks interest rates should rise and he backs QE. "All your posts seem to support govt cuts. Did you have a point about german hypocrisy and their tedious mention of their self-inflicted hyperinflation after starting WW1? germany is rapidly running out of international political capital let alone intra-EU . It doesnt even make decent products anymore. Theyre increasinly cr4p. Theyre losing out to Asia and even Japan. Shant shed a tear when they crash and burn.

Not sure what he is doing on a website where people are wanting housing to be affordable. Fools like him want QE, want zero percent interest rates then somehow claim to want housing to be related to wages. Certainly hasnt the intelligence to put the pieces of the jigsaw together the simple minded sod.

Staggering that inflation goes negative for 1 month when the price of oil has crashed and this is the result. https://www.ecb.europa.eu/stats/prices/hicp/html/inflation.en.html

What The Tories Have Reduced People To...
Samboy replied to Executive Sadman's topic in House prices and the economy
Thatd work out well for the Tory party as within a few years the people that sponsor them would buy most of them up and the rentier class would be laughing all the way to their tax hideaway in Barbados. Selling off the last lot of council houses has led to a 27billion a year and rising housing benefit bill, maybe we could get to 50 billion by the end of the decade.
