I live in the area too. There's a 'lovely' narrow new ish build one bed maisonette just off Chapel Market that's been on for at least 4 months. It has gone sold STC once, but reverted pretty quickly.. maybe the prospective buyer couldn't get a mortgage? Not Foxtons though .. which is obviously why it hasn't been snapped up.

You could always snap up some of the remaining St Pancras chambers apartments. A nice 2 bed for a bargain £950,000 http://www.stpancraschambers.co.uk/ .. beware of the revolting flash based site though.
