would have to be walking distance from the stations i reckon the area will go hipster once london overground comes in if i were a BTL scumbag i'd be investing
  4. http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-45531994.html another £25k off total of £120k in 8 stages how much more???
  5. http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-48137752.html i viewed this one about a year ago when it was up for £295,000 it didn't sell while the market was going up so i don't understand why think it will sell for £145k more now that the market is cooling
  6. na, thats not a reliable method the EAs do things like reduce it by £5 to make it seem like a reduction
  7. yes but producing the daily updates on price reductions have transformed from pleasure to chore

i've been watching prices around the station for a while. before the recent megabubble you could get a 3 bedder in decent condition for £250k. asking prices peaked around £350k. now they come on at around £325k and go STC around £280-290k.
  9. OH NO! RIGHTMOVE HAS CHANGED! i have to open every entry individually to get the listings history anyone else have this happen??
  10. i wonder why those people queuing for three days to buy a chipboard rat cage in stratford the other day didn't buy this: http://www.rightmove.co.uk/new-homes-for-sale/property-30695526.html Price changed: from '£425,000' to '£400,000' today was originally £440k
  11. for me, a new build flat would have to be incredibly cheap for me to buy over a house. at the moment new builds in stratford are significantly higher priced than houses in the area. if they were evenly priced i wouldn't buy one. if they were half the price of a house i still wouldn't buy one. if a new build flat was a quarter of the price of a house in the area i would think about it. so, from a personal perspective and as an east london native new builds would have to actually crash to get my interest.

Bba Lending Figures For December 2014

    YEEEEEEEEEEEEYYYYYSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!
  13. i can see a situation developing whereby we have a massive crash in new builds while actual houses merely correct. a new build in stratford costs a lot more than a 3 bed period house in the area.
  14. i wonder at what price the developers would be making a loss
