Anywhere In britain.

Provoke what ? Your reply just backs up my post in the first place English arrogance built on ignorance. English are dispised the world over for good reason. Playing instruments is not hard if you have a genuine interest, like a hungry monkey skinning a banana. The austrians are something to aspire to agreed unlike the sheep english. Filling the the thames with untreated effluent is a the height of british pride.

Looks like hpc has turned into mumsnet. M&S and waitrose is not luxury never has been they sell low quality cheap crap always have done. They just play on the british self centered narsacistic people that most are. 99.9% are thick poor proles with only the same demographic to generate self worth from. The country is a fecking joke. Go to europe, do they have the same supermarket based class system ? There is a reason they laugh at the british.

The demand for rate cuts is getting louder.
longgone replied to cdd's topic in House prices and the economy
Did the decade not kick off with rates at 0.1%. Is 4% the same as 0.1% I look about and if 30% to 40% came off housing it still looks overpriced to me. I may expire before becoming a homeowner oh well tough chit. I'm Still not paying the prices asked, they can get stuffed. -
Tesla...............the Betamax of future cars?
longgone replied to Maghull Mike's topic in House prices and the economy
https://teslamotorsclub.com/tmc/threads/uk-accident-rates-and-insurance-chat.318146/ Possibly like you say, however insurance has doubled for most ev owners. Mine has gone up 10% however if you remove the cashback from the comparison site there is a -£5 difference for me from last year Something to think about. To put another spin on this, i thought tesla's were packed with loads of all seeing safety systems to prevent accidents ? Surely having an accident in a tesla then points to an even worse terrible driver ?? Maybe that skews the numbers Even worse than one driving an old "dumb" car without a sleeping police man onboard ?. An accident in a tesla should not be a 1-1 points system as if the driver was driving a "dumb" car. -
German house price COLLAPSE!
longgone replied to Maghull Mike's topic in House prices and the economy
Sounds like a mini crash to me, surely just a Wurst Käse scenario in the making. Krauts are a load of sunlounger robbing Cock Käsers anyway. Good luck to them. -
https://www.bigissue.com/news/social-justice/debt-collectors-suicide-cost-of-living-money/ Much more of this in 2024. Debt slaves liabilities rolling over to higher rates even if base rate drops. Tails you lose heads you lose.

Tesla...............the Betamax of future cars?
longgone replied to Maghull Mike's topic in House prices and the economy
https://www.lendingtree.com/insurance/brand-incidents-study/ "Our latest analysis uses QuoteWizard by LendingTree insurance quote data to determine which car brands have the worst drivers. We’ll also break down which brands have the drivers most responsible for accidents, DUIs and other incidents." The faster the car the more arrogant the driver, the more accidents happen. Cheap finance put fast cars into the hands of BETA men with zero driving ability. 95% of drivers don't really know how to driver properly anyway, driving fast down a straight road is not good driving. Throw a few bends in and the poor driving skills are apparent, should be easy without a clutch to worry about. Why did sabine beat a fast car in a transit van round a track. -

longgone replied to Social Justice League's topic in House prices and the economy

'Inflation' Down To 3.9%??
longgone replied to Social Justice League's topic in House prices and the economy
Why can i get a 7 year fix on savings at 4.65% if rates are going to plummet ?? -
I suggest downloading duckduckgo private browser from the playstore. Works seemless. No ads

Tesla...............the Betamax of future cars?
longgone replied to Maghull Mike's topic in House prices and the economy
I said super mini cars. I.e very small cars like a "vw up" or a yaris suzuki alto etc. A vw up is less than 1000kg. The fact there are hundreds of smaller cars than ev's on the roads and the lightest tesla that is 1700kg plus, well you know the rest. Ice is lighter overall. -
Tesla...............the Betamax of future cars?
longgone replied to Maghull Mike's topic in House prices and the economy
Lol The lighest tesla is 1726kg The lightest ice car is probably around 1000kg for a small super mini. Seeing as car parks are not full of the vehicles you cherry picked, its safe to say overall ice is the lighter car on average just because there is a bigger spectrum of cars. Tesla starts from 1726kg. 700kg more than an ice super mini. -

Debt slaves wallets being extracted for their dream home and car purchase maybe ? -
The answer is no to nearly all of those. Employers want a cheap and easy workforce, free of any security hire and fire at will. No training, minimum redundancy payments when disposing of workforce. Show any mental weakness and more work will be on the table or its firing time. And yet they wonder why so many unfilled jobs

Johnson recorded an hour-long television interview with newsman Walter Cronkite at his ranch on January 12, 1973, in which he discussed his legacy, particularly about the civil rights movement. He was still smoking heavily, and told Cronkite that it was "better for his heart to smoke than to be nervous" LoL
