  1. On the subject of "informed consent", if countries are going to remove this and just require you to be jabbed, then immunity from prosecution should also be removed from the vaccine companies. If someone is harmed by a vaccine that is forced upon them, then Pfizer should be forced to pay compensation. It's only fair.
  2. So the people who are triple vaccinated and believe they are immune... were they giving informed consent, or consent based on ignorance? It's worth taking notes here.
  3. Question for you. Where are these triple vaccinated getting this notion of immunity from?
  4. So... EU: Let's have a conversation about mandatary vaccinations. Germany: OK. Let's do it! EU: Uhh... I said, "conversation"?
  5. I have no problem with people choosing to want to be vaccinated, or get a booster. But for those who believe in mandatory vaccinations and "freedom passes"... good luck explaining to your children why you allowed the State to take control of their bodies. You will have brought their enslavement for a little of your own safety. Give yourself a slow clap.
  6. Depends on what value you place on bodily autonomy. Time to consider mandatory jabs, says EU chief EU countries should discuss forced vaccinations to combat the Omicron variant, says Ursula von der Leyen. https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-59497462
  7. And there, in a nutshell, is my reason for voting to leave the EU: Speaking during a news conference, the European Commission chief suggested that member states need mandates to help prevent the spread of cases and a further spike in infections due to the emergence of new variants, such as the omicron strain. Merkel, EU Chief Call For Vaccine Mandates As South Africa Sees Cases Double In A Day https://www.zerohedge.com/covid-19/eu-chief-insists-we-must-discuss-vaccine-mandate-omicron-confirmed-norway-south-korea Sorry, but if the EU can't even defend basic bodily autonomy, then the Treaty ain't worth the paper it was written on. It was always about more than just money. Now watch as the EU countries fall under vaccine mandates.
  8. Are they going to get super extra hyper vigilant then? I've set my alarm for a wake-up call when rates are at 5%. I expect my ancestors to find the clock somewhere in the rubble.
  9. I suppose they're considered to be more at risk. Either way, I'm utterly opposed to any kind of mandate. The Greek government are obviously so keen to help the elderly, they're prepared to financially cripple them. Because it's all about a virus, and not about control.
  10. Thank you. Just ignore the "... but not for long" part, which was the part you said was misinformation.
  11. Nothing particularly wrong with that. Anyway, it's not really me you need to convince. It's the millions of people who were told they had a safe and effective vaccine, without much in the way of nuance... and who now need to be convinced to take it every 3 months.
  12. If people were healthy, the pharmaceutical companies would be out of business.
  13. OK, so why are the government intent on boosting people every 3 months? Fair points. You have to have the virus to be able to transmit it.
  14. Either way, Omicron has served its / a purpose. People are lining up to get their now 3-monthly shots. Presumably this has all been scientifically tested on a large scale, and 4 shots of Spike protein a year is perfectly safe and healthy, right?
  15. Well that's the problem. People assuming. Yes, although clearly these things wane over time. Also this is clearly a concern of the government, since they've reduced boosters from 6 months to 3 months. There is a danger that people who are vaccinated think they can't spread the virus. That is the misinformation, wouldn't you agree?
  16. Anyway... @pig @MonsieurCopperCrutch @slawek COVID vaccines cut the risk of transmitting Delta — but not for long https://www.nature.com/articles/d41586-021-02689-y "The study shows that people who become infected with the Delta variant are less likely to pass the virus to their close contacts if they have already had a COVID-19 vaccine than if they haven’t. But that protective effect is relatively small, and dwindles alarmingly at three months after the receipt of the second shot." ... "Unfortunately, the vaccine’s beneficial effect on Delta transmission waned to almost negligible levels over time. In people infected 2 weeks after receiving the vaccine developed by the University of Oxford and AstraZeneca, both in the UK, the chance that an unvaccinated close contact would test positive was 57%, but 3 months later, that chance rose to 67%. The latter figure is on par with the likelihood that an unvaccinated person will spread the virus." That's basically what I said. Protection from transmission lasts about 12 weeks. Apology accepted. If you think it's misinformation, take it up with Nature magazine.
  17. So, genuine question to everyone: Why THREE months?
  18. I agree, but what can we actually do about Johnson, Whitty, Javid etc?
  19. Yes. I actually had to use this Wikipedia entry for reference. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tuple
  20. So in 2022 we may actually end up seeing the sextuple vaccinated huff and puff against the quintuple vaccinated, who will think themselves superior to the quadruple vaccinated, who will sneer at the mere triple vaccinated, who will blame the single and unvaccinated for all their troubles.
  21. I refer you to the answer I gave an hour ago. https://www.housepricecrash.co.uk/forum/index.php?/topic/242348-covid-is-there-trouble-ahead-new-mutation-and-travel-bans/&do=findComment&comment=1103805478
  22. Also worth noting that UKHSA, despite linking to this paper, somehow declined to mention the Results of the paper....
  23. @pig https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/1036047/Vaccine_surveillance_report_-_week_47.pdf Here's link (19) in the same report... Finally, here's the report itself... https://www.medrxiv.org/content/10.1101/2021.09.28.21264260v1 BNT162b2 is Pfizer, and ChADOx1 is Moderna I think? Hopefully we can put the idea that it's an "anti-vax trope" to bed.
