  2. Saw this apartment in Teddington last year for £365k.. sold for £350k around september. They have been trying to sell it for around £600k.. dropped to £479k.. still no sale. Latest link - http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-44189767.html Old link - http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-26258373.html Not everyone likes having a wash basin in their bedroom
  3. Why just a park home? house boat on sale for £175k down from £190k . That too sold by Foxtons. http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-46543802.html
  4. who would be this desp Who would be that desperate to be in london to stay in that cupboard? I've seen better studios for lesser rent!
  5. Nope. Sadly no reductions in the areas I am watching.
  6. Saw this property to rent in Twickenham.. at nearly £1300 pm.. why why would anyone want to rent it ?? "room with integrated bath" LOL http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-to-rent/property-43983232.html
  7. Do you have it by region. Think most of the gains will be in london
  8. Looking at how london prices are going up, it'll probably go above the asking price. Got this in one of the newsletters of an estate agency
  9. Nope real phenomena. one of my colleagues had this happened to him just days before exchanging contracts. The seller went on to relist the property and sell for £25k more or probably above the asking price.
  10. For just over 1/2 a million who wouldn't want to buy that house - With help to buy it must be an easy peasy move
  11. Canada & Australia where there are already high property prices ?
  12. I don't think taking on a debt to own a box house is worth it. I'd rather rent right now. It's clearly a bubble in the south east where we stay.. sadly it's not visible through rose tinted glasses
  13. Wouldn't the help to buy 15% deposit repayments start in 2 years as well? All to help htb customers?
  14. Think the basement ('garden' ) flat will be costliest. It will probably come with fantastic water views visible through your windows and a lifeboat
