  2. I Spoke to my Bankster Manager about the small business loan guarntee scheme, and he said the parameters for qualification were that: the company must have been profitbale for the past year, and that the projection should indicate profit for the coming year in order to be even considered. He also said that out of his entire client base only one had been successful. I ask you folks, if your company had been profitable for the year thoughout this recession/depression, and projections showed profit for the coming year, why would you need to have a loan guarnteed by the government at an inflated price?? Smoke and mirrors me thinks, makes for a good headline if nothing else. Shysters!
  3. Column after column, you criticise the Labour Government, yet never offer a solution. Why not concentrate on the many good things this government has achieved - such as increased the quality of life for millions of working class people by increasing minimum wage; how about the millions that have managed to take advantage of easier social mobility under labour; better rights for workers; more affordable housing; more rights for the disabled; multiculturalism; working towards a single Europe. The list goes on, and on... Labour have taken all of the logical parts of socialism to create a better Britain - give them credit for that at least. I dread to think what would have happened under a Tory Government in the same timeframe as we've had under Labour. - John Brown, Bangor, 14/9/2009 23:17 Read more: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/debate/article-...l#ixzz0RHNbDCNe Must be on the payroll
  4. Celebrate with a bottle of Bollinger, spend more fake money on things you don't need, get a liar loan and buy a bigger house what's up with y'all .. it the miracle economy innit!
  5. Never looked from that angle .. Very nicely put, seems to make pefect sense to me
  6. It was just 19 years ago when people were rioting in the streets of London to avoid paying this tax, now look where we are.... Apathy??
  7. One thing that struck me .. The young training assistant commented that he had time sheets, expense forms, progress reports and similar other government created, probably unnecessary paperwork to fill in every day in order for A4e to claim there money from the Government. The paperwork aspect of the job clearly took up the most part of his day, so subsequently the "clients" (cash cows?) didn’t get much actual tuition or help from him due to the time constraints. I counted over 20 "clients" in that one room alone with just 1, ONE learning assistant. My calculations make that a nett weekly intake of £2000, for that one class only. I wouldn't expect A4e to pay the best wages to their staff, let’s assume maybe £300/£400 per week, which leaves a hell of a lot of excess (profit?) in the job. Why couldn’t some of this excess be used to hire someone to do the paperwork side of things, thus freeing time up for the learning assistant to actually interact with his “clientsâ€, instead of having them look for work in the Sun, or Daily Star, on their own accord. Mind, I expect the rather nauseas CEO wouldn’t be living in a Mansion if that approach was taken. Smells a bit to me …..
  8. UK taxpayers invited to Commons bar for afternoon drinks
  9. I was in another part of the country at the weekend for an event, and had pre-booked a hotel for my partner and I for the evening. Premiere Inn it was. When we arrived in the afternoon to drop our things off at the room and pay or dues, the nice lady behind the counter refused to take cash from me without a form if ID. So subsequently we ended up having to pay by card. Company Policy the lady said. Suffice to say I wont be booking at a Premiere Inn again ... And theres me thinking cash was legal tender in this countrly ... If your carrying cash, then your suspect .. thats the way it goes these days ..
  10. Maybe Mr Icke was/is right .... The one I want to emphasise here is the need to stay calm and react peacefully to what is happening. This is not easy when there is so much stress and fear around with regard to the economic present and 'future', but we need to do it all the same or we will walk straight into a massive trap that has been set for us. Let's get this straight: They want you to riot in response to the unfolding economic catastrophe and we are already seeing people falling for this. Why would the authorities want people to riot? Readers of my books over the years will see the answer immediately. They want an excuse to bring in a fully-fledged Police State all over the world and people who riot in their desperation (instigated invariably by agent-provocateurs) are just the excuse they are looking for. Be very, very aware of anyone who starts rioting, or encourages others to do so, amid peaceful demonstrations. Who are they and why are they doing this when it is handing all the aces to the system to impose a Police State? They are either stupid or agents of that State. http://www.davidicke.com/content/view/20744
  11. Pebbles for me! I think the public would really warm to the LESS SUBTLE approach
  12. An order by a Texas judge to release the identities of 178 anonymous posters for making inflammatory comments on news site Topix.com may have posters thinking twice in the future before hitting the 'submit' button. Thats it i'm finished! God dammit we all are
  13. Sounds like a good idea at first glance. The worrying thing is, taking such action would undoubtedly put me on the radar, and I happen to enjoy my afternoon walks up in the dales of Yorkshire
  14. I don't think that would be any use at all. If it's the rules that are at fault then they need to be changed in order to reflect what society wants from their servants. If the servants won't amend the rules to reflect what is wanted by the people, then the people should remove the servants from office, physically and by force in necessary.
  15. This is WRONG, a crime has been committed here and a full investigation should be invoked. She should be made to pay any fraudulently acquired monies back the public. If this was any other regular Joe, they would have been had under the proceeds of crime act, all their assets frozen etc while under investigation. This is WRONG we must not allow this one to pass under the radar.
  16. You can quite easily locate the address for most of these folks if you know where to look, i'm looking at Fred Goodwin's as we speak
  17. Seems like an element of the iPod generation are begining to wake up from their slumber: Students are revolting: The spirit of '68 is reawakening They are the iPod generation of students: politically apathetic, absorbed by selfish consumerism, dedicated to a few years of hedonism before they land a lucrative job in the City. Not any more. A seismic change is taking place in British universities. http://www.independent.co.uk/news/educatio...ng-1604043.html Maybe this is the start fellows, not a bad idea actually as every major city has a Uni/meeting place/tactical planning room??
  18. More about this story here, released Sunday interestingly enough. GEITHNER TO LAUNCH WORLD’S BIGGEST PONZI SCAM G-7 PRIVATE SECTOR DOLLAR SYSTEM REFUNDING TO BE IGNORED http://www.worldreports.org/news/194_geith...gest_ponzi_scam By Christopher Story FRSA, Editor and Publisher, International Currency Review and associated intelligence publications and information services I have read a few of his other pieces in the archives section and can't seem to weigh this fellow up, he's either off his rocker, or things are worse than bad and we're all better off dead
  19. http://jessescrossroadscafe.blogspot.com/ "Morgan Stanley hired an oil tanker to store crude oil in the Gulf of Mexico, joining Citigroup Inc. and Royal Dutch Shell Plc in trying to profit from the contango, two shipbrokers said in reports earlier today." Now this is getting ridiculous, anyone wanna join me with an application for a large amount of cash from the government on order to call the housing market short. C'mon folks, what up with y'all .. its completely risk free dontchaknow, we can also take out a large bonuses based on our assumed profits, even though there may not be any.
  20. TV licence fee cash guarantees house prices of relocated BBC staff The prices of hundreds of homes owned by BBC employees in London will be guaranteed by licence-fee payers under a relocation package aimed at enticing staff to Salford. http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/uk/article5542507.ece This is disgusting and will only help to prop-up the already overvalued London property market
  21. Yes, its not a follow on as such, just a more detailed breakdown, including quotes and articles from other EHM's etc.
