Thanks for all your advice. We have three general areas we are going to look at. The first being the general christleton, tarporley area, giving us easy access to Chester for those rare nights out? Then there's Congleton, Maccs, Prestbury area, moving into the footballers wives territory. And final we are going to looks south of Manchester, Hale and Bramhall being two areas we have picked out.

We have friends in and around Chester and that was why it is our first place to visit.

Locking to move from London to Cheshire due to growing family (2 kids) and offer of job in the same company in our Alsager office. I have a budget of up to £800k. Know I will miss my London life, but feel the time is right to move out of the city.

Really appreciate any advice on areas you recommend on that budget. We are going to spend a weekend in Chester looking at the surrounding villages soon. Kelsall and Tarporley look lovely.
