Hi I currently have a chalet bungalow in Hutton, brentwood, essex which is a 15min walk to shenfield station. I got made redundant last year and so have a tennant in there at mo. The AST runs until May but he has stipulated that he wants it for another 2 years. I have had to move back home with my parents which is not ideal and is driving me mad so I have decided to sell and get a flat or something. Before I put it up with an agent I will try and sell this privately to save on agents costs. Last January I secured planning permission for 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom up stairs. Mine has its own drive. The house opposite sold with in 2 weeks for £350k done up and this has a shared drive. I am looking for £275k.
