My flat mate and I need a Guarantor to rent a property, as I am disabled and my flat mate is a pensioner. Our references came back fine, our guarantors were fine as well except, Homelet have said the guarantors employers have stated her annual wage is lower than the guarantor quoted, she has since spoken to her employers and they quoted Homelet exactly the same amount as she did. Homelet have also said they have spoken to the guarantor, guarantor says she has had no contact with homelet at all.
Has anyone else had this problem ? We could lose the property if this issue is not resolved.This has been dragging on for 2 weeks now.
