  1. I've been tracking this plot for a while. It started at either 750k or 795k about 18 months ago so even with the now high price, there has been quite a drop. It has also been on with 4 agents now. Each new agent has seen a price cut, but not this most recent one, suggesting they think it has reached it's price floor... Knowing the local market I think the problem is that it is just too big (I.e. Land + build = 1.4M) for a developer profit and too much for self build. The description was updated a few months ago to suggest you could build it in stages, perhaps to encourage a smaller build. However the council has confirmed that only that ''design' can be built, they currently won't entertain anything else (it got PP due to the exceptional 'design'!). Not sure what they would say if you just built half! It's on my watch list to view when it's another 150k cheaper....
  2. I have it to with the Next button in the mobile template. Here's the text (iOS 9, chrome) ---------- Not Found The requested URL /forum/undefined was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
  3. I think it was me. Love the extension. It has saved me so much time doing the searching myself. Thanks again!
  4. I reported a previous landlord via phone and followed-up on: https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/hm-revenue-customs/contact/reporting-tax-evasion HMRC were very happy to have the details. He sold-up not long after, still not sure if it was connected as I assume they don't investigate all reports.
  5. Womens Hour on Radio 4 (10am today and on catch-up) had a women (ABC1 types in Solihull) focus group report about housing at 10.20am. Wanting housing to half in value, we've been too greedy about HPI, were both agreed topics. Then on my drive home R1 says housing is a top concern of the young. Something is brewing!
  6. Senior management are taking a circa 30% paycut. We are told it includes the board, but I'd expect this is probably smoke and mirrors....
  7. I had this in an old rental house. I asked the letting agents who sought approval from the landlord to get one installed. All paid for and professionally installed with a mains powered spliter. Sometimes a simple phone call works?
