  1. This one has dropped its price again - looks like they've finally accepted they can't get over £250k for it! http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-30420961.html Hopefully this will start a reassessment of a lot of the over-priced houses in that area.
  2. This one has been on the market for ages, we viewed it about a year ago I think. Price dropped a bit and they've gone with a different EA. You'd think they'd try and improve on the photos, but these are appalling! What is no 12 trying to show?! http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-30420961.html
  3. completely bonkers price on another Hunsbury house http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-34002485.html
  4. Are prices going a bit crazy? Noticed a lot of 4 bed detached houses suddenly appearing at £350k +. Is there really such a massive diff between this - http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-29415721.html priced at £385k and this - http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-29766061.html priced at £279,995
  5. Here is a novel way to market a property - show the potential buyer how the property could look http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-29867527.html
  6. I see that the Meadway house, which I think has been shown as SSTC twice is now back on the market at £289,995 http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-17391513.html?utm_content=ealertspropertylink&utm_medium=email&utm_source=emailupdates&utm_campaign=region-4m&utm_term=buying&sc_id=5383219 Need these houses to just be reduced to £250k and be done with it!
  7. This is now back on the market at £400k http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-31010969.html
  8. Doesn't look like prices in Rushmere are getting any more sensible. £395k for a 2 bed bungalow with a very strange layout. Oh and a 'vestibule' http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-32270891.html
  9. This is the one that I looked at - http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-30457007.html?backListLink=%2Fproperty-for-sale%2FAbington-Vale.html%3FmaxPrice%3D325000%26index%3D10&thumbnailId=1 I think they have dropped the price by £10k since I viewed!
  10. That is crazy! I didn't know it had been for sale for so long, I considered looking at it back in the summer, but having seen one with a similar layout i decided against it.
  11. You mean Northampton School for Boys? Yes, that is considered one of the best schools in the county but it does not have a catchment area - doesn't matter where you live. That does confuse me as to why the prices in that area are so high. I agree that Abington Vale is a nicer location, but there are too many 'new' (1960s onwards) and unattractive houses. It's all a mystery to me!
  12. I can't see the dates but the Michael Graham one comes up on Rightmove as having been added in last 3 days, the other one has been there for quite a few weeks.
  13. This house - http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-26703307.html?premiumA=true £345k after original listing at 'offers in region of £335k' http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-31095599.html If your house isn't selling- put the price up???
  14. How do you find out the info on when a property went on the market, price etc.? I was after some info on this one - http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-31168046.html
  15. Wow, that was a big drop! I didn't realise that had happened, I thought it just came on the market at £335k.
