Yesterday I saw a description for a property by the same agents as your link but different branch start with the words "Autumn sale", that made me chuckle. POA on Rightmove is a bit of a joke isn't it when the property you link to is in between other properties on at £335,000.

I am not sure how long this has been going on but currently in Devon PropertyBee shows, that when searching for property added in the last 24 hours, in the price range that I am interested in, there are more price drops and fallen through properties showing than genuinely newly listed houses fresh on the market. Is that true in other areas too?
