  1. Sometimes the choice of location for retirement homes is very difficult to understand. These pricey flats are on Ber Street in Norwich - an exposed and windy hang out for prostitutes. That said, a John Lewis Store and BMW dealer are nearby so there is a nice balance between sleaze/crime and high quality shopping... Retirement homes in red light district Starting from £238,000... Features Double glazing John Lewis, BMW dealer and Sainsbury's nearby Good views of pimps and low-class prostitutes "The development is designed for individuals over 60 years old or couples where one is over 55 and one is over 60 years old." My prediction is that they will fill up with 60+ old men with a collection of photographic and telescopic equipment. Nice place to live for £250K?
