  1. Road haulage companies have been forced to sign Non Disclosure Agreements so they can't talk publicly about the effects of Brexit apparently.
  2. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-6243849/amp/Wealthy-preparing-leave-Britain-amid-rising-fears-hard-Left-government.html Apparently the very wealthy are already making plans in anticipation of Corbyn entering government. I wonder what the hard right would do under a Labour government. I can't see them giving up on the prize they very nearly gained.
  3. I had a Conservative threaten to crush people like me and make us subservient by force if Brexit doesn't happen.
  4. Britain's going back to being like eastern European countries were before they joined the EU.
  5. My impression is that their middle class support is haemorrhaging but the support for the more far right policies is high amongst Tory activists. Labour will probably just watch them tear themselves apart. But it's interesting that Labour are not able to capitalise on the Tory demise and are barely ahead in the polls. Some factions within Labour are now exhibiting their own bizarre behaviour. We're seeing extremism on both sides of the political spectrum.
  6. Conservatives are losing the plot big time now. They want to build a new yacht Brittania, have a massive festival of Britain, tell business to ****** off and think EU are like the Soviet Union. To anyone with a level head this is proper la la land stuff.
  7. What happened to that Brexit bus that was supposed to be going around the country to fire up support again? The one with Farage, Hoey and David Davis? Where is it? Did anyone see it? Is it still going?
  8. Nigel Farage is at least clever enough to have stopped trying to persuade people that Russia is the good guy. He knows the limits of what he can get away with.
  9. The wealthy Americans behind Brexit. https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2018/sep/28/us-groups-raise-millions-to-support-rightwing-uk-thinktanks?CMP=share_btn_tw
  10. I'm wondering what Putin's next move will be in Syria. Russia has long forged links with far right and far left groups and will benefit from a Europe of compliant governments. Will he attack Idlib and weaponise the refugee stream to destabilise Europe? Only Turkey stands in the way at the moment.
  11. I'm with you on Russia Yelims. I also think Conservative actions against Russia are just window dressing. In truth I think they have been bought by Russian money. https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2018/09/22/national-crime-agency-ordered-stop-investigating-russian-money/ Labour are no better. They are equally penetrated by Russia. If you remember it was "socialist" Ken Livingston who invited oligarch money into London in the first place. I often see Labour supporters spouting Russian and far right propaganda/conspiracy theory, even in parliament. The Syria-sphere online is absolutely infested with left wing and far right activists who are working together to literally try to rewrite and falsify the history of the Syrian revolution. Anarchists are calling it a red brown alliance.
  12. https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2018/sep/18/rightwing-thinktanks-unveil-radical-plan-for-us-uk-brexit-trade-deal-nhs?CMP=share_btn_tw Brexit = Getting pissed on by Liam Fox.
  13. https://www.telegraph.co.uk/business/2018/09/09/hedge-funds-wager-3bn-pound-plunging-year-amid-no-deal-brexit/ Brexiteer hedge funds making money on a deteriorating economy which they themselves are trying to engineer. This is the economy that we rely on for our livelihoods.
  14. I just read that Brexiteer MP Peter Bone lives in a £1.5 million flat funded by taxpayers like you and me.
