  1. But it's balanced of with Lesbians so I'm not complaining
  2. Predicted the dips in the stock markets of the past and the future. There was a link to it months ago and he was pretty spot on and also awaiting trial because he wouldn't explain how it worked? Darned if I could find it myself.
  3. Yes quite, come to think of it how are they doing these days?
  4. 78k is a lot of money However: 3k a year in fuel saved That's assuming the price at the pumps stays as it is. Assuming it doesn't, assuming diesel rises by 30% a year. 3000 3900 5070 6591 8568 11138 14479 18822 Year 9 24468 Year 10 31808 In only 8 year years filling a car every year 1 tank of diesel based on a 30% increase each year in price would cost you £71,568 in fuel alone. Not such a silly price now is it. To fill a car for one year in 2017 will cost 24k
  5. I agree completely lol I was all 'Blimey, haven't heard that in years'
  6. You have to wonder how it is all going to end there, never seen anything like it in my lifetime. Anyone who replies 'badly' should go to the back of the room.
  7. Biodiesel quality can very well be questionable. I make my own so know what I'm putting in. I make sure mine is ATSM standard and filtered to 1 micron (Most car fuel filters do 5 micron)
  8. No need to ration Veg oil, that's £1 a litre everywhere now anyway. Unless you get waste veg oil and convert it to biodiesel. I went from Brighton to Lille and back on a tank of it 20p a litre
  9. The trees serve no purpose apart from to make the chart easier on the eyes. This is different from a dolphin however, who eats fish and is a porpoise.
  10. You've spent far too much time over on the tickerforums, that type of language is so not HPC.co.uk
  11. I think this item is worth £5 Now I think it's worth £10 Now I say it's worth £5 I just created and destroyed £5 Easy wasn't it The money wasn't there in the first place, it was created the solidify perceived value. Just as easy in reverse, unfortunately once you solidify it you can use the solid value to make financial commitments elsewhere hence the problems being so far reaching and not isolated.
  12. Don't worry, some hedge funds are going pop on the quiet. Just watch those lease rates......
  13. Ah, Newhaven, 30 minutes from anywhere. Providing you leave at 4am
  14. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crystal_set The first radios, and were powered over the airwaves.
  15. Oh really? In late 2000 me and my ex applied for 60k on a 64k property with 4k deposit, the lender offered 56k. I got divorced in 2004, she got a 120k, 100% mortgage with Northern Rock on her own. My sister and her husband got 155k 100% mortgage with Northern rock in July last year. No subprime in the UK? My ****
  16. 'Average asking prices fall by 0.1% as new sellers face reality' Took their time eh?
  17. If memory serves me correctly rightmove is famous for showing average increases outside of london and high increases in london. So if it's 0.9% down in London what is everywhere else going to be like?
  18. I've money in Landisbanki and am probably leaving it there too.
  19. Flat prices seem to be ones to watch. Just moved to BN1 from Ashford Kent and flats here are only slightly higher than those in Ashford. Whereas house prices in Ashford are much much cheaper. Must be that over supply thing going on in Brighton
