Hi all We are looking to buy a 3/4 bed period terrace in either putney or barnes. We saw some good deals around March this year but thought that prices were on their way down so didnt buy then... sadly since then prices seem to be on the way up. I do think this is a 'spring bounce' and driven mainly by lack of housing stock on the market, but I dont want to wait forever. Does anyone have any views on these markets and what likely trends in the next 6 months might be? Many thanks in advance...
